If you've had your 96-98 tailgate replaced with one from 99-00, we can help each other. I have a 99 4Runner SR5 that has the window relay/wiring harness from 96-98. My window relay is Blue, with PN 85930-35020. I need one that is orange with PN: 85930-35060.
