It looks shiny, dont see any rust, when the new ones show up ill post pictures. I also thought it popped out when i made it to the driveway but watching the video it popped as i turned in so it didnt take any kind of hit. I haven't done any real offroading, tires are 33's with 1" spacers.

Yes it is wired correctly, my 96 is canadian doesnt have the drl module by the battery, its inside under steering column. A little more digging and i cut the black/yellow wire and bingo, thanks for steering me in the right direction guys!

Completed my hid projector retrofit on my 96 this weekend, looks great. DDM D2S-V1 Projector w/ DDM 35W D2S, 6K HID H4 High / Low Harness, Flat Male Connector Switchback Panamera V1 Shrouds, Pair Halos wired to side markers/ turn signals, my problem is when i start the truck my projectors...

First of all ty for the detailed write up helped answer some questions. I just finished my retrofit and when i start the truck the projectors are on right away. I used the supplied h4 harness, shouldn't they be off until i turn on my lights?

Originals have 185k miles on them, havent failed, wanna know how many aftermarket ones fail before 50k? Its alot. Go oem, dont cheap out.

Dropped her off for an alignment today and just got a call saying they cant align it due to front end "play" . Its got new lbj's, inner / outer tie rods and i just replaced all shocks / springs. I feel like they are just trying to get more money out of me but i dont understand what could cause...
