According to the shop it was done at time of HG R/R. I'm going to do it myself this weekend and will provide update if fixes the issue.

I'm in the same boat as white4run, heads rebuilt, gaskets replaced. Idles rough no change after it's warm. white4run if you find a fix please let me know, my mechanic is stumped too.

Mine was diagnosed yesterday. Good leakdown #'s, good coolant system pressure, but it failed a combustion gas leak test. '04 Limited 161k miles.
