the engine light isn't on making this hunt for the problem harder

first off, the truck was running rough when cold, and now it wont run at all... what we have done so far is change all the obvious( plugs, wires, rotor,cap etc..) then we changed fuel filter, AF meter,TPS sensor, fuel pressure reg. there is approx 50 psi at the rail. the truck starts on the cold...
