need help on a 1990 4runner v6

first off, the truck was running rough when cold, and now it wont run at all... what we have done so far is change all the obvious( plugs, wires, rotor,cap etc..) then we changed fuel filter, AF meter,TPS sensor, fuel pressure reg. there is approx 50 psi at the rail. the truck starts on the cold injector but stalls after timer. we found the plugs to be dry indicating no fuel to the cylinder... the tach moves on the cold injector start, anybody have any ideas on what to look at now?? maybe cam sensor, crank sensor?
