sooo, i finished the rear bumper build a little while ago. here it is...

Wow it's been quite the posting hiatus...got a few new lights and a few new custom parts I built ...a front hidden winch mount and the rear bumper- is just done today and off to PC tomorrow...

Took some initiative, tips/advice from others and a week ago began a rear bumper build for my 4runner (OME medium lift and 1.5" RB BL). Hopefully by weeks end I will have sides and the dual swingaways for the spare and gas cans done then off to powder coating.

Plastidip rocks. Holds up very well and mine is on the grille and hood, so it has taken a beating. Had the same coat on for almost a year now ...

Meh, it's an alright rack, Intruder, aka burningchrome, aka... ;) Get the baja , sounds exactly what you're looking for. Has the removeable sunroof cover too...Don't recall if you can by a ladder from baja..just buy one from gobi or have it fabbed up.

Found the 2006 TSB And the 03-04

I believe there is a TSB on this if under 120k ( don't quote me on km's): Exhaust system: If there is an excessive sulfur odor from the exhaust, the PCM (engine computer) will be reprogrammed and the catalytic converter replaced under the emissions warranty. (2003-05)

Go with the bils or OME nitro shocks and OME 885/895 medium coils to level the truck off...if no winch&bumper on the front... The 885's are good for only bumper without a winch... No significant nose dip with stock bumper on 885 coils and cornering is better than stock IMO

^^had this done...then just removed the hydrolic pumps on the frame altogether for sliders...easy to pinch off lines and remove shocks on your own...
