i believe the 199mm S13WE pre 2002. The 231mm 13WL I orderd were the 2005 tundra version. I believe that this is the one used for the post TSB upgrade because they had problems with the S13WE warping on the tundra although it is sufficient to stop a 4runner. I just thought the bigger the better...

That high quality grille can be found in the rain gutter section. Its the famous gutter guard grille. :) good luck...really is pretty easy.

yeah... the local consensus here in San Diego is black billet upper and lower as well... but $4 test fit doesn't hurt. :) THX guys!

So after seeing everyones new mesh grilles, i decided to try it out since they seem pretty simple to make. Here is the before: and after. Eventually the chrome will be painted to match the body. Should i go with the mesh OR get a lower billet grille and paint the upper & lower...

2 b honest i haven't searched yet but does anyone have a wiring diagram of how to make the hi/low beam work? i guess i might need some sort of relay of sort.

I figured it would be easier to just add washers to get a difference of space from the stock setup. Plus i am accomplishing the same thing and i don't have to jack around trying to take the lens off and then back on... But wait..what does the TSX lens do on the FX projector?

How do you align the projector in the oem housing to make sure its level? I know i can aim it with the stock adjusters but I want to make sure it level. suggestions?

The black headlights are still on the 4Runner. I'm playin with the stock ones before hacking up the new ones.

Ok..so after i finished my black headlight mod, I decided to move forward with the HID conversion using the FX35 projector housing. Here is where i am at. Please give me any advise that you can offer to help me with the mod. The FX35 Projectors w/ the one on the R side has been cut down to fit...

No i didn't upgrade the harness. I'm sure it is recommended but they don't seem to get that hot...no problems yet on this brand and wattage.

The brightness output I think looks brighter than stock but that could be because they are 100w/90w bulbs instead of the 55w stock...? maybe? I'll try to get some night photos soon. Fo_SheeZy...nice truck!!! They are halogen..not HID yet. I've read that HID in the stock housing reveals a lot...
