the engine seems to max out at 3800 rpm's. Will rev higher but it seems to be pushing the engine very hard. is this normal rpm for the 22re engine to top out at? recently rebuilt the engine, but it was like this before I rebuilt it. cam to crank timing is okay, valve lash is okay, timing seems...
