I had to replace the motor because I snapped the bolt as well. Here is the motor I ordered from Amazon. Everything went in and works without issue. It's tight working in the hatch but very doable. Good luck.

I had just over 150,000 miles on the original suspension. So far I like the new setup. It's a little stiffer than what stock shocks and springs would be but not harsh at all. Great upgrade, I would recommend it to anyone on the original suspension

Yes, Bilsteins on all 4 corners plus FJ springs. So far I really like it. I had 150,000 miles on the XREAS so this is a nice upgrade. I didn't take measurements before hand so I can't tell you exactly how much lift I got. The front spring perch is at .85" so looking at what everyone else got...

This weekend I finally had time to replace my XREAS suspension with 5100s and FJ springs. It wasn't easy but with all the walk throughs on this site and some youtube videos I was able to do it by myself in a day.

I've added heated seats with aftermarket switches. For power I used one of these and ran it to a fuse that only had power when the car was on. Hopefully that makes sense.

Has anyone ever used FJ springs (front and rear) with tacoma shocks (2005-2015)? I already have the FJ coils and I'm looking to replace my shocks and i've come across a good deal on just the shocks for a Tacoma. I didn't find any info on that combination so if anyone has any I'd appreciate it.
