I tried to connect the voice to the Sienna amp at pins 22/23 with no success. However, I used headphones to make sure that the voice was leaving the solara and was able to hear it. I did. Somehow I don't think the 4Runner and Sienna amp will play the voice correctly. I'm still working on...

Unfortunately, no. I'm stepping back to rethink the issue and see what other options I have before doing the external speaker like Pete did.

I just installed this in my 04 Sienna with RSA (rear seat audio) and all the functions and controls work. I'd imagine the system is the same or similar to the 4Runner. However, this is also the same port for the XM Radio kit. Therefore, you can't use both that I'm aware of.
