Solara Nav diagnostic mode

Hi everyone. I'm Jack founder of SiennaClub.org.

Some of my members told me about your organization and it's experience with the Solara nav unit.

I just purchased one for my 04 Sienna XLE Limited. I've got it installed but have a few issues that need to be resolved and thought one of you might be able to assist.

The main issue is how do you put the Solara unit into diagnostic mode?

Has anyone using the Solara unit be able to hear the voice commands without installing an additional speaker?

Hit the display key, then tap then tap the lower left and lower right corners of the rectangle displayed on the screen. just keep doing this (taping one corner, then the other, over and over) and it will go into diag mode. I will try to post a photo to help explain.
