Stock suspension on your 4runner? I can guarantee at least a 2+ inch rear end drop when hook up my travel trailer. I do have wdh but it still gets no where close to stock height after I install the bars. Front end does not move up as much. mike

Definitely could use a little better gas mileage. I get 15-16 in town, 18-19 highway, and 9-10 towing on flat Florida highways. Be nice to find out the story on the carbon filter. I can't lose any power towing. I am pushing the envelope now mike

The factory HU, single or 6 cd changer? JBL 10 speaker?

If you have the 10 speaker JBL system then you have an external power amplifier. The Scion units have a built in amplifier. If you have the standard 6 speaker radio it is direct replacement and according to reports, is a large improvement over stock. Mike

I have been kinda hoping Toyota upgrades the radio in the 05 model. The main problem with the Scion unit is it has its own built in amp and our JBL system has an external amp. Debating on a NAV unit but I think what I really miss is the 6 cd changer. The sub on the JBL is not even audible...
