I bought some super generic H11 Bulbs from CL today. As soon as I swapped them, it worked without a hitch. Turned it on and off numerous times without problems. I want to say the connector or bulb is bad. Visually looking at it, I can't really say any of the pins look off or bent or bad...

Spoke too soon. So even with the ballast swapped, still the driver side that does not ignite once in a while... Not sure where to go from here. Bulb maybe? Xenon Depot - any advice?

So I swapped the ballast to see what happens and removed the relay harness again. For whatever reason, it seems to be working...go figure. If it goes balistic again Ill be back. Ha.
