It's crap. It will chip if you look at it wrong, especially on the hood. It's a single stage with no clear coat.

Have you had to repair your KDSS? It usually seems like you hear more about problems and it's hard to get real numbers (how often do people write about something that's working as expected. ) I've got a new TP and am debating the extended warranty if the kdss will cost me 1500 in a few years to...

Definitely get that tire replaced first or at the very minimum move it to the back. You don't want a blowout at 80.

Give it a test drive, it drove great. The 4r weighs more but it is a pretty good bet that is the drivetrain. I would expect it to pick of some of the fortuner design elements as well, but hopefully not the awful bobsled seating.

Coming from a jk this is a good upgrade and i don't regret it one bit. That said , never cut it so close money controls your life.
