Will it cause it to run badly when it is disconnected?

I checked everywhere for a vacuum leak with WD-40. Found nothing. I'm sure a fuel filter couldn't hurt, but would it only be problematic at a specific RPM?

I have changed the plugs, the MAF (it was throwing a code) and run injector cleaner through it. It is running much better but still far from perfect. It is most noticeable at 1700 RPM's. It also seems to have very little power climbing hills at higher speeds. What should I do next? Any help is...

I found that the 80 amp alternator fuse is blown. Will this cause it not to start?

My 4-runner has plenty of battery but won't turn over. It just happened after I changed the plugs, so obviously it was something I did. I removed the wire to the alternator before disconnecting the battery and did get a spark, but I can't see any blown fuses. I am hoping there is one I just...
