hi, i'm going to replace the factory system in my 4runner i am going to put in a deck that is 1 din, and also an EQ that is .5 din 1.5 din total so i need something that will take the 2 din opening down to a 1.5 any ideas?

i decided to take a big trip to Europe in a june, so i need to save some money, and i'm probably going to leave the sub and sub amp out for now so since i just need the 1 amp, i'll probably just put it under my driver seat. i measured it and i think it will fit.

i would consider mounting one in that rear compartment like you say, but i think i would be concerned about it overheating. it would probably need some sort of fan or at least a vent so the hot air doesn't build up.

there's already something under my passenger seat. i think it's a vent for the heater. it's pretty bulky, it's under the carpet, and it's always warm. there's also a fan. i can see some wires under there though, so maybe it is an amp? i suppose it's possible that a previous owner of the...

hi, i just got a 2000 Sport about a month ago, and i love it. except for the stereo, which needs a major overhaul. does anybody have any ideas for places to put 1 or maybe even 2 amps? i may be able to fit one under my driver's seat, but it will probably be a tight squeeze i'm starting to...
