    new tires? Darren- Thanks for your input. You say that I should have no problem fitting the 285s with a 2.5" lift so why did the guys at the shop say that they wouldn't fit? They said there was too much rub. And your suggestion to get new tires? How would that make a difference? I've got...

    how bout 1 inch So what if I just use a 1 inch spacer? Will that still change the CV angles and still require me to use a differential drop or would it be ok? And if I have to do a differential drop what does that entail? Where should I look for that? Thanks.

    just double checking So I just want to double check this info before I move forward. If I add 2.5inch spacers/springs to my 2.5 inch suspension lift, will this require any other mods or will it be ok? I would rather not do the diff drop if I didn't have to. Thanks for the useful info fellas!

    OMEs So is there a specific size I should use to accomodate the 285s? And these would be for the front and rear correct? What do you know about cornfed spacers?

    Thanks good times. I will look into the OMEs. I did see that on someone else's site. And yes I do have 16x10s. I wanted a wider wheel. Do you know if I'd have to make any other mods with use of the OMEs? Thanks again.

    I've got a 2002 4Runner Sport and have a 2 1/2" Daystar suspension lift already installed but that only allows me to use LT275/70/R16 on 16x10 wheels. I would like to get more height so as to allow for LT285/75/R16 (33" tires). I'm not a hardcore offroader so I don't need heavy duty suspension...
