Does anyone know the part number for the shift lock solenoid? I could only find the shift interlock solenoid (part inside the ignition), but nothing for a solenoid under the center console besides the shift lock control computer. shadytype, I press the brake pedal when shifting.

I've thought about the parking brake, but its not that its hard to shift out of park, it literally is locked (like trying to shift when the car is turned off locked up). Checked the brake light fuse, its all good. Each time it happened the brake lights were working.

I've always bought CPO cars, so always assume there's a random scratch somewhere. I don't even notice or look for the first scratch anymore especially with all the road construction that's been going on around me. Our highways and interstates are borderline offroading itself.

I get the same squeaking when its hot/humid or really cold. I've just lived with it and it goes away after a minute or so of driving. I'll probably look at better brake pads and rotors when the time comes. Until them I'm not scratching good pads and rotors cause of a minor noise. The...

I'll be curious to see more reviews as they come out about this. Only concern which was brought up was the exhaust possibly going into the cabin. Other than that, not half bad to quiet things down.
