I have the same leak described in this thread. Leak between the actuator and transfer case. Dealership is telling me that I could potentially have a cracked transfer case. Has anyone come across this? Its a 2004 v8. Thanks in advance

i replaced my driver side cv last year with an aftermarket cv axle. Inner boot tore within 10k miles. Bit the bullet this time around and bought OEM axles. The difference in quality is night and day. Spend a little extra money and buy OEM

I didn't notice the different amount of ribs. That's probably contributing to the problem. Thanks

I think my boot is torn in the middle because of how It was compressed. I should've noticed this sooner

I have a set of BFG KO2 275/70/17. They have 12k on them. Wear is even on all of them. Asking $500 for the set

This is with the tire on the ground. I've Drive 200 miles with the lift and the boot has torn. Other members have the same lift and don't seem to be having my problem

You don't think my inner boot looks way more compressed? The angle of the shaft looks worse to me as well

I'm going to have 5100's for sale soon. They've been on my truck for about 2k miles. Have 5th gen springs on the front and toytec 2" springs in the rear. Gives the same lift as the fj swap

Are aftermarket wheels necessary in order to fit 33's without rubbing? I've searched and can not find a clear answer. Thanks
