    Demello or Shrockworks Front Bumper?

I ordered my Shrockworks flat top (with the custom buckets for the 6" Rigid SR LEDs) in August 2013 and didn't receive it until January 2014, but I think it was worth the wait.

Front Bumpers. Who has best Customer Service?

I went with Shrockworks for my flat top front bumper with custom light buckets. Ordered it in 8/2013 and received it in 1/2014. I think I'd have gotten it a month sooner if we hadn't been customizing it. Mark was great to deal with and responded quickly to all my emails and phone calls. He...

    SUV Barrier Mock Up

It's not an inexpensive option, but I've had a Speski Offroad cargo barrier for almost three years and have been really pleased with it. Gamiviti - Speski Cargo Barriers They're discussed on IH8Mud and other forums as well.

Need a reputable shop in RI to install lift

Try L&S Automotive in EG. Talk with the owner directly so as to ensure they understand your needs with the XREAS -- think his name is Lenny. They should be able to help you out.

WeatherTech, all weather floor matts or the floor liners?

I had the mats in a previous vehicle and have the liners in my 4Runner. My vote is for liners, but you won't be disappointed by the quality of the mats if you go that route.

Pad and Rotors - what's everyone using?

No issues with squealing or brake dust. It may be relative, but my wife's BMW generates so much brake dust that it appears mine don't generate any...

Pad and Rotors - what's everyone using?

I've been sporting EBC 3GD Dimpled/Slotted Sport Rotors with Greenstuff 7000 Series SUV Pads (front) and 6000 Series SUV Pads (rear), along with Slee Offroad Stainless Steel Extended Brake Lines (Front/Rear) for about 20,000 miles and have been very happy with the feel and stopping power over...

    VA State Inspections and HID/LEDs

I was informed by the tech that all bulbs had to clearly denote DOT or SAE approved for the lamp it is in. As I recall, the law merely says lights must "approved," leaving by whom the approval is given up to interpretation. It's the same laws that say front side markers are not required but if...

which all-terrains are right for me?

In mud I'd say the Firestones and Coopers are close in performance, but my preference is the AT3's.

    VA State Inspections and HID/LEDs

I went to checkered flag. I swapped out the bulbs in question. After 5 yrs of HIDs I can't believe that the man thinks its safer to use halogens in those projectors... Anyway, I'll get re-inspected tomorrow and then replace my HIDs and V3's this weekend.

    VA State Inspections and HID/LEDs

So I've had Digital HIDs (55w / 4300k) low beams with Toshiba HIR highs in the stock 2007 headlight assemblies since 2009. I've passed state inspections in RI (2010-2011) and VA (2011-2012) without issue. As a matter of fact, I returned to the same dealership that I went to last year for my...

    Need Help on Battery

After much research I replaced my OEM battery with an Odyssey PC1700MJT-A that I ordered through Odyssey online at noon on 9/16 and it was at my door by 10:30am on 9/20. I was able to wait for it to ship, if not I would probably have gone to Sears for the Diehard Platinum marine battery. I had...

Help me decide, 2009 Trail Edition or 2008-2009 V8 4x4.

My vote is for the TE.

Anyone ever made a light mount bracket next to mirrors?

Here's a link to a Unity spotlight install on an FJC from a few years back. If I recall Unity sells a 4Runner compatible light. Several companies also sell LED replacement lamps for these spotlights now too...

    Your choice out of 05,06,07.08

I have an '07 Sport V6 and the only thing I wish it came with stock (besides an elocker -- wishful thinking) is the VSC kill switch, which as noted above appeared in '08.
