They also make inspection cameras with grabbers or hooks at the end - if (big if) you can snake the camera into the block and see the washer, you might be able to hook/grab it.

New OEM brake booster and Advics/Aisin master cylinder, along with new gaskets. Nothing wrong with the old ones, more of a preventative maintenance project. Should be good to go for another 250,000 miles. Also threw in new speed bleeders and flushed the system with DOT 3 fluid.

That looks like a leaking valve cover gasket, very common on these trucks. Oil dripping onto the hot exhaust manifold, hence the smoke.
