I used the famous "Search" button and there is a lot of info on here of course but in the end, I found out how to do it. Now all I need to do is get the drl relay. Anybody know why there is an extra harness under the bumper by the foglight/turnsignal lights is for?

I have a 2004 4runner and when I put the parking lights on, only the ones by the headlight turn on. The ones on the bumper are only on when I turn on my turnsignals. Mine is only an SR5 and I know that some of the sports and limiteds have the parking lights that are on when you turn on the...
