Oh Man, I am gearing up for the FJ mod, but if I loose 2 MPG I might I have to reconsider.

Is there a way to diagnose this while the truck is not moving. Could one jack up the truck and spin the wheel and feel for a resistance? Would it be obvious? Thanks
