Ive noticed text messages no longer come through to the screen. It happened after one of the ios upgrades a few months back. Havent seen your issue though.

i dont have these, but in my experience Focal speakers are pretty awesome. I had them in my previous vehicle and they were amazing. They were amped though. I dont know how much of a difference that makes.

I can confirm this exists on the 2014. I have an sr5 with the premium package and I can rewind the radio.

I would guess it is the transfer case. I should also mention that I have the electronic 4wd selection, not the shifter. As soon as it engages it sounds like it was forced into 4wd and same thing when I take it out. 4wd works fine, just think its weird that it makes strange noises.

I got stuck in some ice and engaged 4 high and noticed a decently loud knock. Ive never had 4wd, only AWD so I am not sure if this is expected. When I disengaged it I even put it in neutral just to see if that would prevent the knock, but it did not. Is this normal?

Could this be the ABS system start up test? I had an infiniti and if you hit the brakes at the perfect time you would feel the ABS kick in because it was going through its start up cycle to verify it was functioning. This only happened within 15 seconds of starting the vehicle.

You're 1 Saturday late. We went out for a night run on a small loop just outside of Central City. Has a blast. It was rocky, but I managed it in my stock 5th gen sr5.
