The e-brake line runs along the backside of your dif/axle, you can't miss it.

Stock I was getting anywhere from 19-21 depending on how I drove. With the lift I avg about 15, best of gotten out of it was 17 with the ect and cruise control on.

Transfer case making any noise? There's been multiple threads on here about 4wheel issues. Before you pay someone to trouble shoot it put it up on jack stands. Engage the 4wheel, spin your front tires by hand, I may have this reversed(someone correct me if im wrong) if you spin the drivers side...

I used the rattle can dupli color. I've since put the bug deflector back on, but even with it bouncing a little it hasn't damaged anything.

Why 15's? Stick with 16s or 17's, those wheels don't look bad, but they won't clear your calipers. If you like that style of wheel, check out mickey thompson or american racing, they both make a wheel almost identical to those.
