Old thread, but can someone verify this? I am trying to determine, when towing 3000lbs and when 3rd gear is either guaranteed (long uphill) or frequent (slower speeds in curvy roads), whether it is easier on the transmission to use S4 and let it find 3rd, or to select S3 and avoid gear searching

Driving curvy hilly backroads 25-55 mph ... I have a choice and 10 ply tires make the difference clear. Drive aggressively at 17 mpg or roll smoothly at 21 mpg

do the Kappa speakers help with midrange, or just yield more highs? for my tastes, the stock sound is all bass and treble, no midrange (no guitars!), and very limited ability to dial midrange. I've set my bass to -5 and treble to 0 in an attempt to get some midrange, and it is still too weak.

I've got the configuration you seek, but I had to custom order it (and wait). I paid $160 for the outlets in late 2010.
