depends on the mileage. Id take the CPO if the mileage wasn't outrageous and put the $3500 into mods. sometime the CPO coverage is better than what you get buying new
you are 2wd so I am just assuming that you will see little if any off road so without articulating your suspension I dont see the need for UCAs if it drives fine now.

Drove it to Toyota for the 20k service. I love rolling up in the service Bay with a lifted 4runner and seeing the look on the faces of the guys with stock 2wd 4runners.... lol
