The brake lights on my 90 runner don't light up when the headlights are on. When the headlights are off they work fine. The taillights light up with the headlights on, but they don't get brighter when i step on the brake. Any one know what the problem is?

My 90 is making a grinding noise from the front drivers side wheel when its in 2wd, but if i put it in 4wd then its fine. I just don't want to drive around in 4wd all the time. Sometimes its OK in 2wd until i hit a bump then it starts. My first thought was a wheel bearing, but I'v also seen...

need some help on a vacuum line. it runs from the throttle body to an steel line by the firewall and intake manifold, then out of said line to a "T" one of which goes to the black canister. Where does the other go? I was completely missing that line.

I have changed most all the lines at this point. As I drive it the idle hangs around 1500-1700 then the longer I drive it the idle starts climbing to 2200-2500. Its no longer pulsating unless I twist the tps to get the idle around 1000rpm. Whats stock idle normally?

My 1990 3.0 5spd has been idling at 3500. I replaced the tps and that didn't help, and now when i step on the brake the idle goes way down and pulses up and down. Im thinking vacuum leak? not sure where it would though be any suggestions? Or could it be a leak after the maf in my air intake...

235,000 plus on my 90 3.0 just bought it a couple days ago, it runs ok 240,000 plus on my dads 93 F-150 straight six runs great!

Im looking to turn it into a hunting/camping rig and id like to do some off-roading with it. The main reason I bought it was to drive in the winter since i live in Springfield Missouri and my mustang dosent do real well in the snow lol. Its got 235,000 miles on it and runs pretty good right now...
