Tried to the scan the engine codes yesterday at Autozone with no luck. The OBD2 linked up but would not read codes. Fuses are all functioning. Anyone know how to remedy this?

I agree, with most of the comments. After I cut the square out, part of me said, "oh ****". But after creating the slit for a plate, it seems to work fine. Better throttle response. I also plan to remove the silencers. Personally, I do not plan to drive this 4Runner into a stream or major...

Thanks for the advice. When my ride was new, someone decided to install stainless steel rocker plating. After removing a panel, the 3M tape removed a chip of paint. Besides, I am not a fan of shiney stainless steel or chrome. I was thinking to just rhino line the panel area.

Looking to change up my SR5 with Limited rocker moldings. Anybody parting out their 4Runner?

I have four factory wheels with no curbage shod with (practically) new tires. The rims are 16X7J with 265/75/R16. What would be a good asking price?

Do I really need a rear bumper? Looks kind of cool, if it had small lights mounted to the hitch. Bumper replacement is drying in the garage. Painted it with black bedliner.

The front bumper had a dent with rust. Bought a factory replacement. Oh..I painted the grille too...clean and refreshing.:banana::banana: Any ideas how to fill in the lower bumper (original part broke several clips)?

The bulb guide shows a DE3175 bulb #. This is the bulb for the dome light, not the map light. The map light has a small round type bulb which you turn to lock in. Still search......????
