OBD2 Code Reader Issue

Tried to the scan the engine codes yesterday at Autozone with no luck. The OBD2 linked up but would not read codes. Fuses are all functioning.

Anyone know how to remedy this?

Yes. I am a manager at AutoZone. I have tried several Scan Tools with no luck.:wtf:

I've read in other threads about bad grounds near the obd port that can cause this. Try taking a look under there and see if anything looks.. ungrounded?
