Change the oil. That didn’t help. Noise coming from left front cylinder. Ended up being a loose spark plug. Really loose! Wobble loose. Tightened it up. No more knock. Dodged a big bullet! Thanks to all for advice.

I guess I’ll start by redoing the oil change and look for metal debri. If that doesn’t do it go to stethoscope and try to locate. Keep you posted on the results. Thanks for the info.

I would just like to get it back to level maybe a half inch higher in the rear. Years ago, I put air shocks on the rear of a car and it sat better. Just looking for alternatives before the springs get bad.

01 sr5 220k miles. Rear Springs are starting to sag a bit maybe a half inch. Instead of replacing the rear springs, has anyone installed adjustable air shocks on the rear?

3rd gen 200k miles. In cold weather mine won’t shift into 1st until it warms up. Starts out in 2nd. Once warm everything works fine. I changed out trans fluid, valvoline max atf suck out and refill. Helped a bit.
