Wow, as soon as I started this thread, it started working for me. It may have something to do with me logging into t4r.org from mobile safari on the same device I run tapatalk on. Either that, or a mod noticed my post and fixed me right up. In which case, thank you :)

Well, I didn't ask how to turn off the DRL, did I? As a matter of fact I've already done this twice at the dealer. Quit jacking my thread.

My intention is to be able to turn them off and on at will. Without having to go to the dealership, or hook it up to a computer to do so.

Because that's not inconvenient or anything...

I think it may be the easiest way to create my own DRL off switch.

Any way to trick the computer into thinking the emergency brake is set? I essentially want the parking brake light on, without it being engaged.

Make sure you put it in neutral first...

I think you've done all you can with that engine. If I recall correctly, they don't make a supercharger for the vvti V8's, which started in 05.

I believe the EPA started using a different formula that would more accurately reflect real world numbers.

I get a tiny, tiny bit of binding on my V8 4WD when I make an extremely tight turn (steering wheel turned completely, center diff unlocked). I think it is just normal. It does a great job of doing tight turns while being all time 4WD, But it is still 4WD so I don't think you can eliminate 100%...
