The resolution of this issue! I gorilla glued it, the whole window button mechanism to the door panel. I found screws that were abut 16" longer and forced them into the old screw holes (with gorilla glue in the holes). Its still holding!!! This forum has been a life saver for me!!! thank you...

when the a/c is on, it will be blowing cold, then it will start blowing warm air and when I look down the a/c light is blinking. Does it just need for the freon to be recharged? I hope!

I took off the complete door panel and, of course, the plastic is broken off of the part of the panel that holds the window controls up.... Does anyone know where I can buy the part or at least get the part number for the driver's door panel part that the window control cluster is screwed...

zopperman. yes all the controls are working perfectly, no electrical problems. It is just that the whole cluster of controls is disconnected from the plastic door panel piece that holds them up. I can actually still use the window buttons and such, it is just that it is slowly slipping into...

My problem is that the part of the door panel that holds the electric window buttons and door lock, is broken. The panel of buttons for the windows and door lock is falling into the door. Any suggestions? Or does anyone know the name of the part so I can at least go get one? thanks in advance.
