Crossover pipe has a elastic corrugated tube covered by a sheet metal. Remove the sheet metal and replace elastic connection with similar one. The same that is used in exhaust pipes. Wrap arround the crossover pipe with thermo bandage. Elastic corrugated tube will give you this missing...

You need to remove this long pivot bolt. It is lack of space there, but it is possible to unscrew it :)

Belt will get loose if you detach bracelet holded by two bolts. It is not needed to pry PS pulley.

You were right, it was simple :) I have used two cable ties to hold belt in one place. Without them timing belt tension is rotating cams. After releasing tensioner you need to cut them :)

I had read a lot of stories about hard alignment. I'm preparing myself for timing belt job :) I will try to align the timing notches, put the timing belt and 2x 360 rotate the engine. Hoping that the timing marks will be back aligned again.

How did you fool the computer ? EGR has a thermocouple connected to it.
