It doesn't get louder, but definitely gets faster as the wheel turns. Doesn't matter if I am applying the gas or not. I will pull the wheel off and inspect the brakes. Just seems weird since nothing hit the actual wheel, and while the vehicle did slide, it was snowing so it shouldnt have twisted...
