Yeah I just got one replaced and it’s running fine. Part of me wants to be dishonest though and shove a nail in the opposite tire so I can be rolling with two new warrantied tires but I don’t know if I should lol

So I got the bolt loose with a 3/8 extension and a longer 3/8 ratchet. Bolt just spins in place now. Won’t tighten back up and when I go to loosen it the tire won’t come back down. This mean I need a new assembly for sure now?

Interesting. Might be able to get through the rim and to the bolt using some extensions and a swivel socket.

It is OEM. I actually got 2 freshly rebooted OEM CVs and 2 front shocks with springs for 40$! The guy was a super nice dude and a fellow 4th Gen owner. He saved me a lot of dough and time. Thankfully I stumbled across his post.

Local guy posted this freshly rebooted CV Axle for a very nice price and says it came off his 07 4Runner. I’m guessing this would fit my 03 4Runner. Just wondering if anyone could tell whether this is an OEM axle or aftermarket?

I just ordered all 4 sensors O2 and AFR sensors yesterday. Looking to find some aftermarket cats that will work and not throw off the readings and going to bite the bullet and have it all replaced. That should fix my issue I am hoping.

I have an 03 V6 sport throwing P0420, P0430, P2238 codes. After that 02 sensor codes follow. I bought both the front two air fuel ratio sensors which I believe are the same and then the rear O2 sensors after the cat which have their own specific part numbers. I do get that rotten egg/sulfur...

Yeah I need to find a way to find my leaks. A smoke machine would help too. Think I’ll make a trip to harbor freight and see what tools it is they have to help me with it. Leaks is a cheap place to start.

I believe I’ve read that post before. I replaced them but kind of fudged one of the studs up and ended up drilling a hole and putting a through bolt w/ a nut to hold it in place. Needless to say it leaks a crap ton now will need to get that welded soon now but who knows might or might not be my...
