I have an 03 V6 sport throwing P0420, P0430, P2238 codes. After that 02 sensor codes follow. I bought both the front two air fuel ratio sensors which I believe are the same and then the rear O2 sensors after the cat which have their own specific part numbers. I do get that rotten egg/sulfur smell upon acceleration. Long story short is every mechanic I take it to either doesn’t know how to read the sensors or they want to save their own ass and replace both cats and sensors with OEM parts. I bought the sensors Denso but I am also looking to replace both cats and was wondering if anyone has ran aftermarket ones that are a bit more economical and work? The OEM Toyota cats are really expensive. If anyone could drop me a link or name of the cats that would be awesome.
Anyone replace their cats with aftermarket?

I replaced the passenger side with one from Rockauto with no issues. I only replaced it because the head side of the manifold was thin and warped. On occasion I get an efficiency code for the driver's side one but it's like every other month so not worth replacing yet. One thing to note is that an exhaust leak can give you these low efficiency codes.
How many 02 codes do you have? I had 2 when I got the car, the o2 heaters on both sides of mine were open or close to it. I replaced them but also replaced the relay that heats them both up thinking that it may have stuck on burning them out. These particular relays have issues with sticking on.

Yea my 03 4runner smelled like rotten egg/sulfur smell upon acceleration.
I heard a rattle in resonator and lil leak on a rusted flange. Heard some rattling in resonator if i tapped on it.
Replaced that with Magnaflow overland catback.
Turned out the pass header was cracked and leaking. They said the inside of the cat got clogged or broke apart (hence rattling and smell). Meineke wanted to charge me $3000 for manifold and y pipe (I think OEM as well).
all my bolts and flanges were so rusted. it was cheaper for me to just replace both headers, y-pipe at same time from on Rockauto and just threw in 4 new Denso O2 sensors from there as well.
This was like 2 weeks ago. I dont know if its an issue with the header but sounds like the metal expanding and contracting. Makes a ticking sound now on driver side header area when I drive and for a min after i shut the truck off. Hopefully this goes away. Driving me insane.
Also there are 4 cats. 2 built into manifold and 2 on y pipe.
The y pipe flanges were so bad, i just decided to replace it all to not run into issues later.
Here a run down on what I ordered and brought it to Meineke: (not the best or the worst parts from Rockauto - I usually get the favorite ones on the site)
