    You center it before you adjust the toe. I do alignments every day.

    If the wheels not straight then the alignments not good. Have them center it and re set the toe.

    Theres a lot of importers here in dallas, there was a couple for sale but just out of my budget. Im going to wait for for the 3rd gen surfs to be legal and think about getting one shipped here.
