So... the low is H11, the Fog lights also H11 and the high is...???

Hi saw this ones few days ago at my local Autozone $59 for a pair of H11's Have anyone tried these? Is a good idea to install in my low, highs and fog lamps? Supposed to be 4300K, I don't want HID's so please let me know what you think. Thank you.

Few days ago change my factory lights and installed a Hid xenon conversion kit in my 2007 4Runner went for the 6000k kit. Now I want to change my fog lights for 6000k as well but how do you remove and install the fog lights??? Thank you. Also how to adjust height on the low beam? Thank you
