Lol pull off the door sill plastic plates it is all rust underneath them When I was looking to buy they all had rust in that area quite common

Your position is correct the map itself is off , probably the area you are in has not been updated

Might have effect on pressure and flow with it being bent, but if it was bent almost like a kink I don't think the sensors would like that at all and do all sorts of stupid things

I think there are mudflaps available There was a 20 nightshade at the dealer when I bought my runner and it had retractable running boards and had mudflaps on it Maybe they were aftermarket cause this was the dealers sons ride he gave up with only 14k on it ... They wanted big bucks for it too...

??? These rarely fail, I dunno how you can say they are infamous I worked for Toyota Canada head office until 2012 and the 4runner was a service dog .. meaning they hardly ever saw them in the shop for repairs... That is when they decided to add more accessories cause the service was loosing...

My gm cars made that suction noise, my dodge ram makes the suction noise, my 4runner makes the exact same noise and is way more noticeable when it's cold out once the cabin warms up it goes quiet I really don't think you need anything up and Toyota brakes are mushy compared to other brands...

Exact same thing on my 2016 limited with 68k on it, I bought it used from the dealer and he fixed it up for me...almost every 4runner I looked at that was 3 years or older had the exact same rubbing and surface rust
