Looks good! I have always enjoyed the 3rd gen 4runners and wanted one since I had it as a base vehicle in Afghanistan. Also, good to see fellow midwesterners around here. Indiana doesn't have many great places to go wheeling, which gives me the excuse to go travel!

I plastidipped an entire car once, what a pain in the ass that was. It turned out awesome, but I tend to come up with some ideas where about halfway through I say to myself "This was really a terrible idea." But I am too far in to quit at that point.

Fixing the CEL, fixing the gauge cluster lights and adding LEDs to the interior. Those are mods, right? Or is a mod something that improves the usability of the vehicle?
