Looks great! I just ordered the Boss kit too. Did you get the regular Superflex or the HD coils in back? How much lift did it wind up giving you?

Reviving this thread... I just ordered a Toytec Boss lift, and am having some reservations about the HD coils. I talked to Hugo, and he was very friendly and helpful, though he was really pushing me for the heavier springs. I do have a RTT (130 lbs) which sits on the vehicle most of the year...

Holy smokes! Bummer! I would not have guessed that about the stock jack, either. I've got 255/75's, and have never tried my jack... What pressure were you running. I think sidewall blowouts are often caused by heat, caused by too low pressure on the road. Had you aired down before going off road?

I don’t think there is a 270 size. You have two options for next size up: most people do 275/70/17. Some, including myself, went “tall-skinny”, with 255/75/17. Either of these options give you a 32” tire. One major consideration is that the KO2 only comes in an E rating that n the 275/70 size...
