It’s spacers. What do you mean by chopping the body mounts. I’m new to all this. It’s rubbing on the front tires when turning. I guess I don’t know exactly where on the tire.

Im going to get it on a lift soon when I get the oil changed. There is a sticker in the drivers door jamb that says modifications have been made that reduce the load carrying capacity of this vehicle. I will get some suspension component pictures though
I picked this 4Runner up from a local dealer I do work for. It’s a 2011. It’s currently got 275/70/17 tires on it. It looks lifted to me, what do you guys think?
