Did you check the vacuum line to the brake booster?

I go off what the manual says. Time and time again people talk about doing 5k oil changes, and every time it's sent off to an oil analysis place, they said it would have been fine for 10k. Unless I'm racing it, I go off whatever the manual says. Modern oils are very durable and last a lot longer...

I doubt you'll have to replace the whole socket. Just try brushing it out with a wire brush first.

Nowadays, there's literally no reason not to use synthetic, other than cost. New rubbers don't have the same swelling and shrinking issues, and pretty much every modern car is designed for synthetic nowadays.

Did you lubricate all the sliders?

Looks more like the studs are too short for those wheels. New ones are easy to get, but OEM wheels are definitely an option. It really depends on if you like those wheels or not. If you like them, it doesn't really make sense to buy a whole new set of wheels, when you can just get new studs.

I'd take a look here as well.

This is really common for newer Toyotas. They should just replace it.
