well if its just the button you pressed and its not slid down in 4wd you're alright to drive it, that's the multimode 4wd you can drive around all day with it on. I would try the travel forward and reverse thing should click off.

Look at the Kenwood DNX6140 or newer model. I had the Pioneer before, SLOW boot up speeds and wac navigation. Love my Kenwood and will never go back.

Thanks guys, thats all I need to know. :) Maybe I can wire some sort of pulse to my AUX button for window roll downs to make it trigger that I opened the door... Otherwise just learning to keep the headlights turned off should be easy enough once I get a dead battery or two haha.
