    Reprogramming Headlights

I live in Canada where it is mandatory to have daytime running lights. For some reason my Canadian purchased 2005 4Runner only has the 4 yellow lights on during the day. Does anyone know how to reprogram the computer so my headlights are on during the day. Thanks, Tim

    Automatic Lights Shut-Off

Is there a way to leave your lights on automatic and when shut off your vehicle they shut off right away. Currently mine take about a minute or two to turn off. I would like them to shut off when the ignition is turned off.

    Removal of Crossbars

Well I finally got the crossbars off. What you have to do is to take off the end plastic caps. Once the caps are off the rails just slide off. To take the caps off you need a small puddy knife (metal) or some other flat surface tool (larger than a screw driver). You insert the tool between the...

There are some star screws under the bars and I undid those. I hoped that the bars would slide to one side and then out. That didn't work. Any...

    Hitch/Roof Boxes

That system sounds good. However, I purchased the Evolution 1800 which is longer. With the back spoiler, the front of the box sticks over the last rail by about 2 and a bit feet. With the current configuration the box bounces. I talked with Toyota and they said they do not make any sturdier rails.

    Hitch/Roof Boxes

Thule Cargo Box I have a Thule Cargo Box on my new 05 4Runner. If find with the current stock rail system the box bounces around a lot. I had Thule feet and rails on my old 96 4Runner with no problems. Thule said that I have to buy new feet and rails to go on top of the stock rack. This seems...
