dvd installed the dealer just swapped DVD's. Interesting enough, the new DVD looked almost identical to my factory installed DVD but it did have one different version/stamping on it - which made me believe I did receive a fix, not a duplicate ;-) After a few days, I should tell soon enough...

dealer I handed the TSB to the dealer this morning. They will call me back. To be fair, I won't list the name, but will say its the only Toyota dealer in Annapolis, MD. ;-)

outstanding yep, the dealer parts department and head service person didn't know a thing. i am taking it in tomorrow with that TSB printed out. that is outstanding and thanks so much. its amazing how out of touch they are. I will keep ya all updated - talk soon.

dealer update I just went to the dealer and the parts department said they knew of no TSB but they did say there was a disc update. For MD, there were just a few ramps and roads updated. He didn't think the disc would solve the issue since I travel on well known roads that were on the original...
