Thank you everyone. I got lots of good info here. Planning on doing the job this weekend. Centric rotors, OEM pads, NAPA calipers, brake fluid flush and while I am in there I am replacing both front wheel hub/bearing assemblies.

Well the $50 used A/C Amplifier from Ebay arrived today. Had the old one out in 30 minutes even though it is buried in behind much of the dashboard. Plugged it in and it is working as good as new! Buttoned it back up in less than 30 minutes. Wife is happy and I saved some...
Yes I did read that stuff also. I checked the fuses visually but did not use an ohmmeter on anything yet. I could do that for sure. I found a used working amplifier for $50. I am waiting for it to arrive and will update why I find then. Thanks for the feedback.
I am quite good at diagnosing mechanical/electrical issues. In fact, I tend to fix most things myself successfully. With that said, often other people have already gone through a similar situation and have actual advice to give which is why I am on this forum. So again, thank you.
Thank you. I see no reason this would be beyond my ability to diagnose or repair but if it comes to it I would take it in. Hoping to get some advice from others who have had the same problem.
