Have you done the basics? Checked all your suspension for tightness? Also do a visual to see if the coils are making contact with the sway bar. Depending on the orientation of the spring, it can make contact with the sway bar.

You can try a nut splitter and remove the nut. Or channel locks, water pump pliers or a pipe wrench. a big vise grip might work also.

The guys running or have ran Spidertrax spacers. Have you noticed that the front lugs don't get much engagement? The Toyota studs that are on the front are shorter than the ones on the rear. My question is has anyone had issues/problems with the spacers? Considering the lug aren't fully seated.
