What upgrades are available and what have you used?
As I'm now working on making the suspension and drivetrain as smooth and slop-free as possible, it's time to keep the engine and trans movement to a minimum.

There was someone selling cams for the 3vz a couple of years ago. Search around and you may find it.
I believe they were regrinds and require shimming due to the reduced base circle diameter. Not sure if they were being heat treated after grinding, as it would be required IMO.
I just used my air ratchet with deep socket for the top nut of the rear shocks. If the piston shaft turns, just hold with pliers since you'll be throwing them away.

Who makes the fiberglass parts? Are they cheap CSM or high quality? Fitment looks good, and that's most important.
What lift are you considering that will give you 5"?
Pro-Comp 4" here, and it is very high quality and complete. With upgraded shocks, lower gearing, and 33's, it makes a huge difference. No driveshaft lengthening needed.
